We provide services for an array of nucleic acid extractions from FFPE, fresh frozen and liquid biospecimens, with a range of robust protocols for isolating DNA, RNA, dual nucleic acids (DNA & RNA) and viral content from samples.  Our services extent to the characterization of isolated DNAs and RNAs, yielding nucleic acids that are suitable and compatible with downstream sequencing technologies (Illumina, Ion Torrent and NanoString). We offer profiling services using the nCounter Analysis system from NanoString Technologies.

nCounter technology provides a robust method for multiplexing up to 800 gene expression targets using direct detection technology. The simple, efficient workflow requires minimal hands-on time for most panels using an automated benchtop processing system and produces highly reproducible data from RNAs of variable quality.

Our spatial biology suite hosts the latest spatial biology technologies from NanoString, Bruker Spatial Biology for FFPE tissue analysis.

The GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler (DSP) is the only spatial biology platform that non-destructively profiles expression of RNA (over 18,000 genes) and protein (up to 570 proteins) from distinct tissue compartments and cell populations with an automated and scalable workflow that integrates with standard histology staining. Our team is a NanoString Certified Service Provider for DSP workflows.

The CosMx Spatial Molecular Imager enables rapid quantification and visualization of up to 6,000 RNA and 64 validated protein analytes at cellular and subcellular resolution.
